Does Corporate Yoga distract employees from their work?
Absolutely not! If anything, it increases the concentration of employees. Yoga has stood the test of time since the ancient period, and is well known to increase concentration and mental alertness. The employees will only become more aware and efficient in their respective work.
What should I expect at a session of private yoga?
What do I need to have in my home for Private Yoga?
Ample space for your yoga mat, my yoga mat, and to move your limbs freely. Please have your own yoga mat for your practice.
We will bring other necessary props with us. If you want to continue using props for your home practice, you may want to purchase two blocks and a long strap.
What should I wear for my private session?
Comfortable moveable clothes that are somewhat form fitting are best. Something that you would feel completely comfortable lounging around in and that allows your limbs to move freely.
Is a 90 minute session available in Private Yoga?
Yes, it is highly recommended. In our experience, 60-Minute sessions feel rushed, and we already rush around enough in life. 90-Minutes gives us time to connect and catch-up on what’s going on in your life and in our body.
It allows ample time for practice and for a meaningful relaxation at the end. Please contact us if you are interested in a 90-minute private yoga session so we can customize the price.
Is this appropriate for me if I have an injury or a physical limitation?
We work with people on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you have about starting a yoga practice.
How long is a yoga class?
Typically 60 or 90 minutes. Longer sessions are available.

Absolutely. We will teach up to two people for our usual fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
How often should I practice yoga?
Classes can be fitted around your schedule. We recommend you have a minimum of one session with us every two to four weeks.
I'm out of shape and not flexible, are private yoga classes suitable for me?
Yoga is for everyone. Private sessions are the best way for a beginner to learn yoga. From the first session you will get tailored instruction and feel confident to practice at home supported by a recording of our class to reinforce your learning.
