We will bring other necessary props. If you wish to continue using props for your home practice, you may consider purchasing two blocks and a long strap.

Q: Is a 90-minute session available in private yoga? A: Yes, this is highly recommended. 60-minute sessions may feel rushed, and we already rush enough in life. 90 minutes give us time to connect and discuss what's happening in your life and in our bodies.
